1.Dress.
Shoes and items of clothing worn should all be recognised tennis wear. No heavy ribbed shoes are permitted.

2.Court Availability
Indoor courts can be pre-booked, up to 7 days in advance for members and up to 5 days in advance for non-members. Bookings can be made from 9am to 10pm by contacting the club on 01803 209500. None of the 9 outdoor courts can be pre-booked: you can turn up and play between 8am and 10pm any day of the week.

3. Changing Rooms
The changing room facilities are open from 9am to 9pm all week.

4. Match Courts
On match nights, match courts are numbers 7 and 8 and these may not be used from 6.30 onwards. Details of upcoming matches can be found on the fixture list. If there are two matches, courts 5 and 6 will also be unavailable from 6.30 onwards. All club matches will use the floodlit outdoor courts unless arranged otherwise through the club manager.

5. Visitors
The club member who introduces a visitor is responsible for paying the visitor's fee, which should be paid to a member of staff on reception upon arrival. The club member is also responsible for the visitor’s adherence to the club rules, including the dress codes.

6. Conduct
Users of the facilities should refrain from using loud and abusive language and from abusing equipment.

7. Court Etiquette
To reach your court or when retrieving a stray ball, do not pass behind a court where a point is in progress. Wait until the point has been finished then say, "Excuse me" and quickly move across.

If waiting to play on a court, wait off court until the game in progress has been completed.

Check the balls: if any are not yours and you know whose they are, return them to the court they came from; if you don't know, ask a neighbouring court after they have finished the point.

When you have finished your game, leave the court quickly and quietly: chatting will delay others from coming on to court and may distract other players.

If you took any drink or rubbish on to the court, please take it away with you and dispose of it in the bins around the facility. The court should be in the same condition when you leave as it was when you arrived.
